摘　　要：速冻蔬菜在满足现代消费需求、提升农产品附加值、提高国际竞争力等方面发挥着重要作用,但在贸易保护主义蔓延的环境中,农产品贸易不确定性风险显著上升,速冻蔬菜产业发展也面临着一系列挑战。本文基于“双循环”新发展格局,采用波特钻石模型和层次分析法对我国速冻蔬菜产业竞争力进行评价,并提出从生产效益、需求刺激、产业链协同、战略布局、政策引导和洞察机遇几个方面进行优化,以期促进速冻蔬菜产业发展,打造国内外市场经营便利地。Frozen vegetables play an important role in meeting modern consumption needs,enhancing the added value of agricultural products,and improving international competitiveness.However,in an environment where trade protectionism is spreading,the uncertainty risk of agricultural product trade has increased significantly,and the development of the frozen vegetable industry is also facing a series of challenges.Based on the new development pattern(dual circulation),this paper used michael porter’s diamond model and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the competitiveness of China’s frozen vegetable industry.It also proposed optimization measures from several aspects such as production efficiency,demand stimulation,industrial chain coordination,strategic layout,policy guidance,and opportunity insight,with the aim of promoting the development of the frozen vegetable industry and creating a convenient place for domestic and foreign market operations.
