摘 要:为了研究甲氧苄氨嘧啶(TMP)对剩余污泥与白酒废水共发酵系统的影响,考察不同浓度TMP在短期内(14 d)对剩余污泥和白酒废水共发酵系统的影响,并阐述了TMP对共发酵系统的作用机理。结果表明,TMP在低质量浓度范围内(0~5 mg/L)投加量与挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)积累量呈正相关,超过该剂量后,积累量略有回落。关键酶活性的分析表明,TMP可促进共发酵系统的溶解、水解和酸化过程,抑制了产甲烷过程。结果对于实现剩余污泥、白酒废水和抗生素无害化及资源化具有一定的指导意义。To explore the impact of Trimethoprim(TMP)on the co-fermentation system of sludge and liquor wastewater,this study investigated the effects of different concentrations of TMP on the co-fermentation system of excess sludge and liquor wastewater over a short period of time(14 d).The mechanism of TMP action on the co-fermentation system was also elucidated.The results indicated that the dosage of TMP positively correlated with VFAs production at low concentrations(0~5 mg/L),although there was a slight decrease in accumulation beyond this range.Analysis of key enzyme activities suggested that TMP promoted dissolution,hydrolysis,and acidification processes in the co-fermentation system while inhibiting methanogenesis.These findings provide valuable insights for the harmless and resource utilization of excess sludge,liquor wastewater and antibiotics.
