摘 要:教育是提高人力资本以及实现经济可持续发展的重要途径,新高考改革通过引导学生健康全面发展进而提高了家庭对子女的教育投资。本文基于2014年浙江、上海开始实施的新高考改革试点政策,利用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)的面板数据,采用双重差分模型实证研究新高考改革对家庭教育支出的影响。研究结果表明:新高考改革显著提高了家庭教育支出,对上海地区、城市家庭、高收入家庭的教育支出的促进作用更大,对浙江地区家庭教育支出的影响不显著。因此,在全面实施新高考改革的过程中要关注家庭教育的发展,防止家庭负担过重;要警惕教育不公平现象的出现,确保新高考改革真正做到公平公正;要注意地区的差异,更加灵活地进行制度设计。Education is an important way to improve human capital and realize sustainable economic development.The new college entrance examination reform,by guiding students toward healthy and comprehensive development,has increased family investments in their children's education.Based on the policy of the new college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang and Shanghai in 2014,this article empirically studies the impact of the new college entrance examination reform on family education expenditures by using the panel data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS).The findings indicate that the new college entrance examination reform has significantly increased family education expenditures.Its promotional effect on education spending is more pronounced in the Shanghai region,urban families,and high-income households,while its impact on family education expenditures in Zhejiang is not statistically significant.Therefore,during the comprehensive implementation of the new college entrance examination reform,attention should be paid to the development of family education to prevent an excessive burden on families.It is also crucial to be vigilant against the emergence of educational inequality,ensuring that the new college entrance examination reform truly achieves fairness and justice.Additionally,it is important to consider regional differences,and the design of the institutions should be more flexible.
