摘　　要：以战略性产业上市公司2019—2022年数据为依据,以融资约束为中介变量,分析政府补助对战略性新兴产业企业绩效的影响,通过实证分析认为政府补助缓解了企业融资约束,对企业绩效有显著正向作用,通过提升政府补助有助于改善企业绩效。基于此,提出以下建议:加强政府补助的监管,健全审核评估机制;深化市场经济体制改革,提升政府调节能力;加强企业内部治理,提升技术创新能力等。Based on the data of strategic industry listed companies from 2019 to 2022,with financing constraints as the mediating variable,this paper analyzes the impact of government subsidies on the enterprises performance of strategic emerging industries.Through empirical analysis,it is believed that government subsidies alleviate financing constraints on enterprises and have a significant positive effect on enterprise performance.It is shown that increasing government subsidies is conducive to the improvement of enterprises performance.In such a way,the suggestions are put forward as follows:strengthen the supervision of government subsidies and improve the audit and evaluation mechanism;deepen the reform of the market economy system and enhance the government regulation ability;strengthen the internal governance of enterprises and enhance their technological innovation capabilities.
