摘 要:民办高校教师绩效评价体系普遍存在着教师个人绩效目标和学校战略目标关联性较弱,绩效指标设置重数量、轻质量,绩效评价追求经济效益、忽视社会效益等现象。以M学院平衡计分卡的应用为例,从财务、客户、内部业务流程以及学习与成长四个维度构建民办高校教师绩效评价指标体系,以期为民办高校的教师绩效评价提供借鉴。The performance evaluation system for teachers in private universities generally has a weak correlation between the goals of personal performance and school strategy.Meanwhile,performance indicators are set with an emphasis on quantity over quality,and performance evaluation pursues economic benefits while neglecting social benefits.Taking the application of the balanced scorecard in M College as an example,this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system for teachers in private universities from the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal business processes,and learning and growth.It is expected to provide a reference for the performance evaluation of teachers in private universities.
