南阳市香菇加工产业现状及发展建议

摘　　要：对南阳市香菇加工产业情况进行了调查研究,包括现有的规模化加工企业现状及其产品等信息。通过初步分析,明确了南阳香菇产业存在加工企业地理分布不均衡、加工产品少、初加工产品占比重大、缺少精深加工产品开发等产业短板,并从政府层次、科研层次、企业层次、生产层次等方面为南阳香菇产业长期发展提出指导性建议。An industrial investigation was made on the Lentinus edodes processing in Nanyang City,including the current situation of the existing large-scale processing enterprises and their products information.Through preliminary analysis,it was clear that the L.edodes industry in Nanyang had unbalanced geographical distribution of processing enterprises,few processed products,a large proportion of primary processed products,lack of the development of deep processed products and other shortcomings.Some guiding suggestions were put forward for the long-term development of the industry from the aspects of government level,scientific research level,enterprise level and production level.
