不同栽培料处理方式对竹荪产量与品质的影响

摘　　要：以产量、营养价值、氨基酸含量、矿物质含量等为指标,研究半熟料、发酵料和生料3种处理方式对竹荪产量与品质的影响。结果表明,半熟料处理组和发酵料处理组中每畦(6 m^(2))的产量分别为10.258 kg和9.895kg,二者无显著差异;生料处理组每畦的产量最低,为3.486 kg。子实体中17种氨基酸总量的排序为半熟料处理>发酵料处理>生料处理。总体而言,半熟料处理培养的竹荪子实体中各类氨基酸含量整体优于其他2个处理。半熟料处理有助于Mg、P和Se元素的积累,且子实体中的蛋白质、总黄酮和总多酚含量高;发酵料处理有助于Mn和K元素的积累,且子实体中的脂肪和粗纤维含量高;生料处理有助于Fe、Zn、Ca和Cu元素的积累,且子实体中的灰分和总糖含量高。Using yield,nutritional value,amino acid content and mineral elements content as indexes,the effects of three treatments of semi cooked material,fermented material,and raw material on yield and quality of Dictyophora indusiata were studied.The results showed that the yield per bed(6 m^(2))of semi cooked material treatment and fermented material treatment was 10.258 kg and 9.895 kg,respectively,there were no significant differences.The yield of per bed of raw material treatment was the lowest(3.486 kg).The order of the total amount of 17 amino acids in fruit bodies was semi cooked material treatment>fermented material treatment>raw material treatment.Overall,the various amino acid content in the D.indusiata fruit bodies cultivated with semi cooked material treatment were better than the other two treatments.The semi processed materials treatment is conducive to the accumulation of magnesium,phosphorus and selenium,and the content of protein,total flavonoids,and total polyphenols in the fruit bodies is high.The fermented materials treatment is conducive to the accumulation of manganese and potassium,and the content of fat and crude fiber in the fruit bodies is high.The raw material is conducive to the accumulation of iron,zinc,calcium,cuprum,and the content of ash and total sugar in the fruit bodies is high.
