摘　　要：文章探讨了父母教育的内涵、内容体系、具体方法和实施策略,旨在帮助父母掌握子女养育、和谐家庭创建、个人自身成长等方面的知识和技能。构建科学完善的父母教育内容体系对促进家庭教育健康发展至关重要,父母教育的具体方法包括参加课程与讲座、组织亲子活动、阅读书籍与在线学习资源、提供咨询服务与经验分享以及举行家庭教育指导师培训等方面,实施父母教育需要国家、社会、学校和家庭各自发挥自身作用并形成合力。综合而言,为父母教育提供全面的理论框架和实践路径,对于促进家庭教育的健康发展具有重要意义。The article explores the connotation,content system,specific methods,and implementation strategies of parental education,aiming to help parents master knowledge and skills in child rearing,harmonious family creation,and personal growth.Building a scientifically sound content system for parental education is crucial for promoting the healthy development of family education.Specific methods for parental education include courses and lectures,parent-child activities,books and online learning resources,consulting services and experience sharing,as well as training for family education mentors.Implementing parental education requires the state,society,schools,and families to each play their own roles and form a joint force.Overall,providing a comprehensive theoretical framework and practical path for parental education is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of family education.
