摘　　要：职业胜任力不仅是学生成功就业的关键,也是学生职业生涯持续成长和发展的基础。作为网络工程专业的重要必修课程,“计算机网络”需要进行教学改革,以培养学生的职业胜任力。结合实际教学工作,介绍了以职业胜任力为导向的计算机网络课程全面改革,包括教学内容重构、实践教学模式改革以及教学方法改进。通过改革,有效培养学生工程实践能力和解决工程问题的能力,提高学生岗位工作能力和职业胜任力。Career competency is not only the key to students’successful employment,but also the foundation for their continuous growth and development in their career.As an important compulsory course for network engineering majors,“Computer Networks”requires teaching reforms to foster students’career competence.This paper integrates practical teaching experiences to introduce a comprehensive reform of the“Computer Networks”course guided by enhancing career competency.Methods include restructuring teaching content,reforming practical teaching modes,and enhancing instructional methods.These initiatives aim to effectively enhance students’engineering practical skills and their ability to analyze and solve real-world engineering problems,enabling them to competently fulfill corresponding job positions or professional responsibilities upon graduation.
