精密机械人才行动能力培养的递进式实践教学体系构建研究

摘　　要：以《新职业教育法》为根本法,以产品任务开发为“行动导向”贯穿专业教学体系,以人才“行动能力”培养为核心目标,采取“以终为始”理念打通学院招生和学生就业两通道,构建“递进式”专业教学体系,革新课程架构和教学团队,周期性推行教学改革实施,探索构建职业综合素质和行动能力兼具的技术技能人才培养教学体系。This paper takes the new Vocational Education Law as the fundamental law,takes product task development as the"action orientation"running through the professional teaching system,takes the cultivation of talents'"action capability"as the core goal,adopts the concept of"beginning with the end"to open up the two channels of college enrollment and student employment,builds a"progressive"professional teaching system,innovates the curriculum structure and teaching team,and periodically carries out teaching reform,so as to explore the construction of a cultivation and teaching system for technical talents with both comprehensive professional quality and action capability.
