中文版身体形象障碍量表在乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿患者中应用的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的探讨在乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿(BCRL)患者中应用中文版身体形象障碍量表(BIDQ)评估的信度和效度。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年1月至2022年12月就诊于江苏省肿瘤医院淋巴水肿门诊的BCRL患者作为研究对象,采用中文版BIDQ进行问卷调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果共纳入90例BCRL患者,最终有效问卷86例,有效回收率为95.56%。中文版BIDQ包括7个条目,量表的条目水平内容效度指数(I-CVI)值为0.84~1.00,量表水平内容效度指数(S-CVI)值为0.938。中文版BIDQ量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.846(P<0.01),各条目的Cronbach'sα系数为0.724~0.861,总量表的奇偶折半系数为0.877。采用主成分分析和最大方差法对纳入数据进行正交旋转法检验,提取2个因子,特征根分别为3.434、1.341,贡献率分别为48.173%、17.469%,累计贡献率达到65.642%,各条目因子载荷均>0.500。重测信度上,在首次问卷调查结束后2周,进行了第2次问卷调查,结果显示,两次问卷调查的量表总分及各条目得分之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中文版BIDQ量表具有较高的信效度,可用于BCRL患者身体形象的评估。Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the body image disturbance questionnaire(BIDQ)in patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema(BCRL).Methods BCRL patients who visited the lymphedema clinic of Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method,and the Chinese version of the BIDQ was used for questionnaire surveys to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results A total of 90 patients with BCRL were included,and 86 had valid questionnaires,with an effective recovery rate of 95.56%.The Chinese version of the BIDQ included 7 items,with the item level content validity index(I-CVI)of the scale values ranging from 0.84 to 1.00 and the scale level content validity index(S-CVI)value of 0.938.The Cronbach sαcoefficient of the Chinese version of the BIDQ scale was 0.846(P<0.01),with Cronbach sαcoefficients for individual items ranging from 0.724 to 0.861,and the odd-even split coefficient of the total scale was 0.877.Principal component analysis and maximum variance method were used for orthogonal rotation testing of the included data,extracting 2 factors with eigenvalues of 3.434 and 1.341,contributing rates of 48.173%and 17.469%,respectively,and a cumulative contribution rate reaching 65.642%.The factor loadings of each item were all>0.500.In terms of retest reliability,the second questionnaire survey was conducted two weeks after the end of the first questionnaire,and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the first and second guestionnaries in the total score of the scale and the scores of each item(P>0.05).Conclusion The Chinese version of the BIDQ scale demonstrates high reliability and validity,and can be used for the assessment of body image in patients with BCRL.
