摘　　要：近年来,在视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(NMOSD)及其与干燥综合征(SS)和系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)等结缔组织病关联方面的研究取得了重大进展。特别是对NMOSD的免疫学机制、遗传背景及环境因素的深入了解,以及SS和SLE与NMOSD之间病理联系的认识,这些研究为准确诊断和有效治疗提供了新的洞见,尤其是在生物标志物的识别和影像学技术的改进方面。NMOSD与CTD的共存为临床诊断和治疗上提出了复杂挑战。因此,需要采用更精细和全面的诊断方法及治疗策略,跨学科合作在提升诊断准确性和治疗效果方面起着至关重要的作用。未来的研究应专注于发展更精确的诊断技术和定制化治疗方案,以改善这一特殊患者群体的预后和生活质量。In recent years,a significant progress has been made in the research on neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders(NMOSD)and its associations with connective tissue diseases(CTD)such as Sjogren's syndrome(SS)and systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Particularly,a deeper understanding of the immunological mechanisms,genetic backgrounds,and environmental factors related to NMOSD,along with insights into the pathological connections between SS,SLE,and NMOSD,has provided new perspectives for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.This is especially evident in the identification of biomarkers and improvements in imaging techniques.The coexistence of NMOSD and CTD poses complex challenges for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,there is a need for more refined and comprehensive diagnostic methods and treatment strategies,with interdisciplinary collaboration playing a crucial role in enhancing diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness.Future research should focus on developing more precise diagnostic technologies and tailored treatment plans to improve the prognosis and quality of life for this particular patient population.
