摘 要:家庭教育指导师作为新职业于2022年被纳入《中华人民共和国职业分类大典》后,国家从政策制定、专业人才培养、指导实践创新等多方面推进家庭教育指导的专业化。2022年,家庭教育被正式纳入高等教育本科专业目录,标志着家庭教育专业化时代来临。本研究通过自制问卷对上海76位专家型教师进行调查,构建了包含专业精神、专业知识、认知能力、社会情感能力、实践创新能力5个一级指标和26个二级指标的家庭教育指导师专业素养评价指标体系。随之提出了家庭教育指导师专业成长路径,即强化个体角色身份认同,进行自身素养修炼;提高职业群体认知,形成服务型实践共同体;职业和专业同步推进,加快专业人才培养进程;统筹协调校家社合作共育,强化社会协同支持。本研究可为开展家庭教育指导师专业素养评价和专业人才培养策略提供参考,助力我国家庭教育事业高质量发展。After being recognized as a new profession in China’s Occupational Classification Code of the People's Republic of China in 2022,family education counselors have gained increased attention in policy making,professional talent development,and innovative guidance practices to advance the professionalization of family education counseling.In 2022,family education was officially included in the undergraduate major directory of higher education,signaling the arrival of the professionalization era for family education.This study surveyed 76 expert teachers in Shanghai using a self-made questionnaire and developed a professional competence evaluation index system for family education counselors.The system includes five primary indicators and 26 secondary indicators,such as professional spirit,professional knowledge,cognitive ability,social and emotional ability,and innovative practical ability.Furthermore,a professional growth path for family education counselors was proposed,which includes strengthening individual role identity,engaging in self-cultivation,enhancing occupational group awareness,forming a service-oriented practice community,advancing professions and specialties simultaneously,accelerating the process of cultivating professional talents,coordinating school-family-community cooperation in education,and strengthening social collaborative support.This study can serve as a reference for evaluating the professional competence of family education counselors and formulating strategies for cultivating professional talents,thereby promoting the high-quality development of family education in China.
