摘  要:氮气气调在储粮害虫防治、延缓粮食品质变化方面都取得较好效果,为了进一步降低气调储粮的费用,提高储粮效益,选取三明直属库的两个高大平方仓作为试验仓,将气调过程中排出的尾气引入仓内气囊外空间,来延缓气囊内氮气衰减速度。通过试验发现,该技术使仓房氮气浓度达到98%所用时间更短,且保持效果更好,维持效果更长,达到了降低成本、节能降耗的要求。通过对氮气气调尾气利用应用方案的探索,为未来降低氮气气调使用成本、氮气气调技术的普及使用提供相应的经验。Nitrogen Modified Atmosphere Storage(NMAS)had shown promising results in controlling grain pests and delaying changes in grain quality.To further reduce the cost of NMAS and enhance the efficiency of grain storage,thus achieving the goal of reducing the cost of NMAS and saving energy consumption,this study selected two large square warehouses from Sinograin Sanming Depot Co.,Ltd.as experimental units.During the NMAS process,the exhaust gas discharged was introduced into the space outside the gas bag inside the warehouse to slow down the decay rate of nitrogen gas inside the gas bag.Experimental results indicated that this technique shortened the time required for the nitrogen gas concentration in the warehouse to 98%and maintained a better and longer-lasting effect,meeting the requirements of cost reduction and energy conservation.The exploration of the application scheme for utilizing exhaust gas from nitrogen gas treatment provided valuable experience for future efforts to reduce the cost of NMAS and promote its widespread adoption.
