乡村振兴背景下加强农业科研院所学科建设的思考

摘　　要：在国家全面乡村振兴、加快建设农业现代化的新阶段,农业科研院所应在农业科技支撑中发挥更大作用。学科建设是农业科研院所发展的重要基础,在提升研究所科技创新能力和科技竞争力方面具有重要作用。文章以作者单位为例,分析指出其学科发展中存在着方向不聚焦、人才结构不合理、配套机制不健全等问题,从优化学科布局、创新人才培养模式、加强政策引导等方面提出了提升农业科研院所学科建设的措施。In the new stage of comprehensive rural revitalization and accelerated construction of agricultural modernization in the country,agricultural research institutes should play a greater role in agricultural technology support.Disciplinary construction is an important foundation for the development of agricultural research institutes,and plays an important role in enhancing their scientific and technological innovation capabilities and competitiveness.This article takes the author’s unit as an example to analyze and point out that there are problems in the development of disciplines such as lack of focus on direction,unreasonable talent structure,and inadequate supporting mechanisms,and proposes measures to optimize disciplinary layout,innovate talent training models,and strengthen policy guidance to enhance the disciplinary construction of agricultural research institutes.
