摘 要:针对深孔加工中钻削温度过高导致刀具磨损、加工精度降低等问题,设计并搭建了基于模糊自整定PID控制的深孔钻床刀具温度控制系统。在分析深孔钻床工作原理的基础上,提出了以调节进给量控制钻削温度的模糊自整定PID控制方案,并利用Matlab进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制与传统PID控制相比,调节时间短、超调量小,且具有更强的适应性和鲁棒性,能够较好地满足控制要求。There are problems such as the high tool wear and low machining quality,if the temperature of the drilling area is high in deep-hole processing.This paper presents to design the temperature control system of the tool based fuzzy adaptive PID.Based on working principle of deep hole drilling machine,the fuzzy adaptive PID control scheme is proposed to control drilling temperature by adjusting feed rate.The result of system control is simulated by Matlab.The simulation result shows that fuzzy PID control has shorter adjusting time,less overshoot and stronger adaptability and robustness than traditional PID control,can better meet the control requirements.
