摘 要:随着纯电动装载机技术的不断进步和系统复杂性的提升,鉴于传统手工编程方法已难以满足高效、精确的电控系统开发需求,提出一种基于Simulink的纯电动装载机实时控制系统自动代码生成方法。利用TC1784/TC1797作为控制器的CPU,搭建底层驱动架构,在Simulink平台构建多功能的嵌入式控制单元算法模型。通过一键式操作自动生成可在控制器平台上运行的嵌入式代码,实现纯电动装载机的实时整机控制系统开发。实际应用验证表明,该方法不仅可行且准确,能显著缩短开发周期,降低后期代码维护成本,为纯电动装载机的高效开发与优化提供有力支持。With the continuous advancement of pure electric loader technology and the increasing complexity of systems,traditional manual programming methods can no longer meet the demands for effici-ent and precise development of electric control systems.This paper proposes an automatic code generation method for real-time control systems of pure electric loaders based on Simulink.Utilizing TC1784/TC1797 as the CPU of the controller,a low-level driver architecture is established,and a multifunctional embedded control unit algorithm model is constructed on the Simulink platform.Through one-click operation,embedded code that can run on the controller platform is automatically generated,achieving real-time whole-machine control system development for pure electric loaders.Practical application verification demonstrates that this method is not only feasible and accurate but also significantly shortens the development cycle and reduces the cost of subsequent code maintenance.It provides strong support for the efficient development and optimization of pure electric loaders.
