摘　　要：高校思想政治工作中全面彰显红色基因的底色是高校摆脱思想政治教育现实困境、提升育人实效的内在要求。红色基因的融入对于推动高校思想政治教育的理论与实践发展具有重要的现实意义。要在准确理解二者育人内容、功能和目标高度契合的基础上,促进二者的有机融合。如今,价值多元化冲击、红色资源挖掘力度不足和红色基因教育机制不健全,导致融入过程仍存在诸多问题。有鉴于此,必须从融入的高效化、实践化、特色化和网络化趋势着手,围绕活用红色资源以创新课堂教学、汲取红色精神以丰富课外活动、弘扬红色文化以营造校园氛围、坚定红色信念以构筑网络空间重点展开思想政治教育,借助红色基因的独特教育功能,以期实现高校思想政治教育的高质量发展。Fully manifesting the underlying color of CPC’s revolutionary spirit in university morals and values education is an intrinsic requirement for universities to overcome the practical challenges of morals and values education and enhance their effectiveness.The integration of the spirit and the education is of paramount importance for the theoretical and practical develop-ment of morals and values education for students.This integration should be fostered based on a profound understanding of the high degree of convergence in their educational content,functions,and objectives.However,current challenges such as the im-pact of value pluralism,insufficient exploration of revolutionary resources,and inadequate mechanisms for revolutionary spirit education hinder the effective integration process.To address these challenges,it is imperative to leverage the trends of effi-cient,practical,characteristic,and networked integration,which involves focusing on the following aspects:utilizing revolution-ary spirit resources to innovate classroom teaching,drawing inspiration from revolutionary spirit to enrich extracurricular activi-ties,promoting revolutionary culture to cultivate a campus atmosphere,and solidifying revolutionary beliefs to construct a net-worked space for morals and values education.By harnessing the unique educational function of CPC’s revolutionary spirit,uni-versities can strive towards high-quality development of their education.
