农民大学生创新创业能力提升的实践路径研究——以益阳开放大学为例

摘　　要：为全面了解农民大学生创新创业能力的培养情况,采用问卷调查、访谈等方法对益阳在读农民大学生进行了调查,分析了农民大学生创新创业能力提升的意义、当前益阳市农民大学生创新创业能力培养情况以及存在的主要问题。研究表明,提升农民大学生的创新创业能力需要优化人才培养目标,强化课堂双创思维;需要加大双创典型宣传,发挥实践基地的作用;需要搭建竞赛交流平台,做好双创实践指导。In order to comprehensively understand the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of peasant college students,this paper investigated the peasant college students in Yiyang City by means of questionnaire survey and interview,and analyzed the significance of improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of peasant college students,the current situation and the main problems of innovation and entrepreneurship training of peasant college students in Yiyang City.The research showed that,in order to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of peasant college students,it was necessary to optimize the talent training objectives,and strengthen the classroom creative thinking;it was necessary to increase the typical publicity of entrepreneurship and innovation,and play the role of practice base;it was necessary to build a competition exchange platform,and do a good job in the practice of entrepreneurship and innovation.
