摘　　要：在《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》指导下,康复治疗技术教育面临着转型升级,以适应新时代社会对康复服务的需求。鞍山职业技术学院康复治疗技术专业确定了职业核心素养要求,树立了“三位一体”的人才培养目标,以及预防、治疗、养护一体化人才培养模式。通过深化课程体系、创新教育教学模式、强化师资队伍建设和优化实习实践教学等,培养了具备临床批判性思维、高效康复决策、扎实理论与实践能力的康复治疗专业人才。Guided by the Outline of“Healthy China 2030”Plan,the education for rehabilitation therapy technology is undergoing a transformation to meet the demands for rehabilitative service.The rehabilitation therapy technology major of Anshan Vocational and Technical College has determined the core quality requirements of the profession,established the“trinity”goal of talent cultivation,and the prevention-treatment-maintenance integrated talent cultivation mode.By deepening the curriculum system,innovating the education and teaching mode,strengthening the development of the teaching staff and optimizing the practical teaching,we have cultivated excellent rehabilitation professionals with clinical critical thinking,efficient rehabilitation decision-making capacity,and solid theoretical and practical abilities.
