摘 要:水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)是高速铁路CRTSⅠ型和CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道的关键工程材料之一,起着调整、支承、传载、减振和吸振的功能。由于CA砂浆中含有乳化沥青,其力学性能具有明显的粘弹性特征。本文综述了CA砂浆在粘弹性试验、粘弹性本构模型和粘弹性数值仿真等方面的研究现状,指出了CA砂浆在粘弹性研究方面的不足。结合CA砂浆的服役环境,从不同配合比及不同影响因素下CA砂浆的粘弹性试验、粘弹性损伤试验及机理、CA砂浆的粘弹性损伤模型及其仿真等方面探讨CA砂浆今后粘弹性研究的主要方向,以期为高速铁路板式无砟轨道CA砂浆的设计优化、服役寿命预测及养护维修提供支撑。Cement emulsified asphalt mortar(CA mortar)is one of the key engineering materials for CRTSⅠand CRTSⅡslab ballastless track on high-speed railway,which plays the functions of adjustment,support,load transfer,vibration reduction and absorption.Due to the presence of emulsified asphalt in CA mortar,its mechanical properties exhibit significant viscoelasticity characteristics.The current research status of CA mortar in viscoelasticity experiments,viscoelasticity constitutive models,and viscoelasticity numerical simulations are reviewed,and the shortcomings in research of CA mortar viscoelasticity are pointed out.Combined with the service environment of CA mortar,the main research directions of CA mortar in the future are discussed from the perspectives of viscoelasticity test under different mix proportions and different influencing factors,viscoelasticity damage test and mechanism,viscoelasticity damage model and its simulation of CA mortar,so as to provide support for the design optimization,service life prediction and maintenance of CA mortar for high-speed railway slab ballastless track.
