“院所合一,链上育人”模式人才培养的探索

摘　　要：成都药物创制现代产业学院是教育部首批省级现代产业学院。为造就大批制药产业需要的高素质应用型、复合型、创新型的人才,成都大学药学院与四川抗菌素工业研究所实质性合并,实施“院所合一,链上育人”的人才培养模式,将“教育链、产业链及创新链”三链融合,充分发挥科研院所与行业企业的人才队伍和平台资源优势;优化培养体系、开发产教融合课程、打造院所与院企实验实训平台。经过4年的实践,成都药物现代产业学院为提高区域产业竞争力、汇聚行业发展新动能提供了强劲的人才支持和智力支撑。The Chengdu Pharmaceutical Innovation Modern Industry College is one of the first provincial modern industrial colleges approved by the Ministry of Education.To cultivate a large number of high-quality,application-oriented,interdisciplinary,and innovative talents needed by the pharmaceutical industry,Chengdu University s School of Pharmacy and the Sichuan Institute of Antimicrobial Industry have undergone a substantial merger,implementing the model of“Institution Integration and Chain Education”for talent cultivation.This model integrates the“education chain,industrial chain,and innovation chain”,leveraging the talent and platform resources of research institutes and industry enterprises.By optimizing the training system,developing industry-education integrated courses,and building experimental and practical training platforms between institutes and enterprises,this approach,after four years of practice,has provided strong talent support and intellectual resources to enhance regional industrial competitiveness and foster new drivers for industry development.
