摘　　要：随着我国创新药物研究水平的不断提升,如何培养具有创新药物研究能力的药学人才已成为高校药学专业面临的重大问题。药物化学作为药学相关专业的核心课程,以培养创新药物研究人才为目标。教学团队从制定课程标准、丰富课程教学内容、改革教学与考核方式、设计开放性实验、参加学科竞赛等多个层面培养学生的创新药物研究能力,从而满足社会对创新性药学人才的需求。With the continuous advancement of innovative drug research in China,the cultivation of pharmaceutical talent with the ability to conduct innovative drug research has become a major challenge for pharmacy programs in universities.As a core course in pharmaceutical disciplines,Medicinal Chemistry is focused on training talent for innovative drug research.The teaching team has reformed various aspects of the course,including the development of curriculum standards,the enrichment of teaching content,the reform of teaching and assessment methods,the design of open-ended experiments,and participation in subject competitions.These efforts aim to cultivate students abilities in innovative drug research and meet the societal demand for innovative pharmaceutical professionals.
