摘 要:本文建立微波直接提取-电感耦合等离子质谱法测定长沙臭豆腐中铝含量的方法。通过优化前处理条件,发现微波功率为800 W、提取时间为30 s时试验效果最佳。同时,对方法线性关系、检出限、回收率及精密度进行考察。结果表明,铝质量浓度在0.01~5.00 mg·L^(-1)具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数大于0.9990,方法检出限为0.42 mg·kg^(-1),加标平均回收率为90.7%~98.2%,相对标准偏差为2.56%~3.60%。该方法提取快速简便,测定结果准确可靠,适用于长沙臭豆腐中铝含量的测定,能够为保障其质量安全提供有效的技术支撑。In this paper,a method for the determination of aluminum in Changsha stinky tofu by microwave direct extraction-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.By optimizing the pretreatment conditions,it was found that the microwave power was 800 W and the extraction time was 30 s.At the same time,the linear relationship,detection limit,recovery rate and precision of the method were investigated.The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the aluminum concentration of 0.01 mg·L^(-1) to 5.00 mg·L^(-1),the linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.9990,the detection limit of the method is 0.42 mg·kg^(-1),the average recovery rate of spiked samples is 90.7%to 98.2%,and the relative standard deviation is 2.56%to 3.60%.This method is rapid,simple,accurate and reliable,which is suitable for the determination of aluminum content in stinky tofu in Changsha,and can provide effective technical support for ensuring its quality and safety.
