摘  要:为建立飞扬草提取物中总黄酮和总酚的测定方法。本实验以芦丁和没食子酸为对照品,样品分别采用NaNO_(2)-Al(NO_(3))_(3)-NaOH显色法和福林酚试剂显色法进行处理,通过紫外分光光度法测定飞扬草中总黄酮和总酚的含量。结果表明在9.7~58.2μg/mL范围内芦丁的质量与其吸光度值呈良好的线性关系(y=0.0113x-0.0067,R^(2)=0.9993);在1.12~6.72μg/mL范围内没食子酸的质量与其吸光度值呈良好的线性关系(y=0.2273x+0.0109,R^(2)=0.9991)。该方法简便、准确,具有良好的精密度、稳定性、重复性,可用于飞扬草中总黄酮、总酚的含量测定。A method for the determination of total flavonoids and total phenols in the extract of Euphorbia hirta Linn was established.Rutin and gallic acid were used as controls in this experiment,and the samples were treated by NaNO_(2)-Al(NO_(3))_(3)-NaOH chromogenic method and forinphenol reagent chromogenic method,the total flavonoids and total phenols content in the extract of Euphorbia hirta Linn were determined by UV spectrophotometry.The results showed that Rutin mass showed a good linear relationship between its absorbance values in the range of 9.7 to 58.2μg/mL(y=0.0113 x-0.0067,R^(2)=0.9993).The mass of gallic acid was well linear in the range of 1.12 to 6.72μg/mL(y=0.2237 x+0.0109,R^(2)=0.9991).The method was simple and accurate,with good precision,stability and repeatability,and could be used for the determination of total flavonoids and total phenol in Euphorbia hirta Linn.
