摘　　要：探讨了分子极性在《化妆品原料》课程中的应用,主要从分子极性与化妆品原料性能、分子极性与化妆品原料作用机理、分子极性与化妆品天然原料成分的提取三个方面进行了讨论分析。正确理解分子极性的有关知识,对化妆品原料研究领域有重要作用。接着对在《化妆品原料》课程中关于“分子极性与化妆品原料性质”方面的教学进行了总结,为进一步提高《化妆品原料》课程的教学效果奠定理论基础。The application of molecular polarity in the course of Cosmetic Raw Materials was discussed firstly,including the molecular polarity and the properties of cosmetic raw materials,the molecular polarity and mechanism of cosmetic raw materials,and the relationship between molecular polarity and the extraction of natural ingredients of cosmetics.Understanding the knowledge of molecular polarity played an important role in the research field of cosmetic raw materials.Then,the teaching summary of“Molecular polarity and properties of cosmetic raw materials”in course of Cosmetic Raw Materials was studied.A theoretical foundation was laid for further improving the teaching effect of course of Cosmetic Raw Materials.
