摘 要:基于大学生化学实验教学实践及任课教师的科研课题,以及现阶段本科化学教育对大学生创新实践项目的迫切需要,对化学综合设计实验进行教学改革与实验教学项目的创新设计。该实验融合异质化光催化剂的合成制备及其性能测试,以g-C_(3)N_(4)为基底与AgCl构成异质化光催化剂,研究光催化剂的合成条件,包含水热合成温度,原料配比,合成溶液pH和煅烧温度,在300 W氙灯光照辐射下研究光催化剂降解水中污染物罗丹明B和橙黄Ⅱ,分析降解过程中的影响因素(催化剂投加量,溶液pH等)。此实验项目学生动手实操项目多,实验效果重现条件好,能够达到对本科生大学生创新实践项目进行训练的教学目标,在教学过程中训练学生的自主实训操作能力并拓展学生的科研思维,激发学生潜心钻研并投身科研的兴趣,有利于化学综合设计实验的充分开展。Based on the teaching practice of chemical experiment and the scientific research projects,as well as the urgent requirement of university student renovation project at this stage,teaching reform and innovative design of teaching projects are carried out for chemical experiments.The synthesis procedure and catalytic activity of photocatalyst are combined.The experiment used g-C_(3)N_(4) coupled with AgCl as the photocatalyst.Moreover,the effect of synthesis conditions of the photocatalyst,including the synthesis temperature,the proportion of raw materials,the pH solution and the calcination temperature,was studied.By using the xenon lamp,the photocatalytic degradation was carried out for the removal of Rhodamine B and orange II in water.The influencing factors in the degradation process were fully investigated.The experimental project facilitated the practical projects for students and the phenomenon was good,which can achieve the training goal of innovative practice of the students,independent practical training and operation ability.The scientific research area of students was expanded,as well as the interest in scientific research was stimulated.This could evoke the initiative and enthusiasm of students to participate in experiment teaching,and is conducive to the development of chemical design experiments.
