摘　　要：伴随着逆全球化浪潮愈演愈烈和商业环境的瞬息万变,国内大宗供应链企业的经营风险频繁暴露,如何有效应对风险是企业管理中需要思考的核心问题之一。文章从企业管理视角出发,阐述大宗供应链业务及其模式特点,全面梳理大宗供应链业务主要的风险类型,在此基础上提出具有可行性的应对策略,推动大宗供应链企业健康可持续发展。With the growing tide of anti-globalization and the rapid change of business environment,the business risks of domestic bulk supply chain enterprises are frequently exposed.How to effectively deal with the risks is one of the core issues that need to be considered in enterprise management.From the perspective of enterprise management,this paper expounds the bulk supply chain business and its model characteristics,comprehensively sorts out the main risk types of bulk supply chain business,and proposes feasible countermeasures on this basis to promote the healthy and sustainable development of bulk supply chain enterprises.
