企业营运资本管理存在的问题及对策研究--以G公司为例

摘　　要：营运资本管理是衡量和评价企业资产运营效率指标,能够帮助企业了解经营活动需要清空的资产,确定合理的库存资产规模,促进合理的资产配置,提高资产的使用效率。文章将G公司作为研究对象,从基础的财务数据指标入手,分析营运资本的相关指标,发现G公司在营运能力方面存在的问题并进行原因分析,提出相应的改进和优化建议,从而为提升公司经营绩效、促进公司健康持续发展和完善企业营运能力管理做出重要努力。Working capital management is an indicator to measure and evaluate the operational efficiency of enterprise assets,to help enterprises understand the assets that need to be emptied in business activities,to determine a reasonable scale of inventory assets,to promote reasonable asset allocation,and to improve the efficiency of asset use.This paper takes company G as the research object,starts with basic financial data indicators,analyzes the relevant indicators of working capital,finds out the existing problems of company G in terms of operating capacity,analyzes the causes,and puts forward corresponding improvement and optimization suggestions,so as to make important efforts to improve the companys operating performance,promote the companys healthy and sustainable development and improve the management of enterprise operating capacity.
