摘　　要：文章针对医学院学生就业能力现状及影响因素展开调查分析。采用问卷调查和文献分析相结合的方法,深入剖析了制约医学生就业能力提升的自身因素、学校因素和社会因素。在综合分析的基础上,提出构建“理论+实践”的就业能力培养模式,从职业生涯教育、实践教学改革、就业市场开拓、良好环境营造等方面系统设计对策建议,为全面提升医学院学生就业能力提供参考,助力其实现高质量就业。This study investigates and analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of medical studentsemployability.Using a combination of questionnaire survey and literature analysis,the paper deeply andyzes the factors that restrict the improvement of medical studentsemployability,including their own factors,school factors and social factors.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,it is proposed to construct a“theory+practice”employability training model,and systematically design countermeasures and suggestions from aspects such as career education,practical teaching reform,job market development,and creation of a good environment,in order to provide references for comprehensively improving the employability of medical studentsand help them achieve high-quality employment.
