摘  要:文章以事业单位为研究对象,探讨了事业单位员工福利管理对组织绩效的影响。通过文献综述和理论分析,揭示了员工福利管理与组织绩效之间的内在联系,并提出了相应的对策建议。研究表明,完善的员工福利管理有助于提升员工满意度和工作积极性,进而促进组织绩效的提高。同时,事业单位应根据自身实际情况,制定合理的员工福利管理策略,以实现组织的可持续发展。This article takes public institutions as the research object and explores the impact of employee welfare management on organizational performance.Through literature review and theoretical analysis,the intrinsic connection between employee welfare management and organizational performance is revealed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Research shows that perfect employee welfare management can help improve employee satisfaction and work motivation,thereby promoting the improvement of organizational performance.At the same time,public institutions should formulate reasonable employee welfare management strategies based on their own actual conditions to achieve sustainable development of the organization.
