摘 要:目的:构建基于物联网技术的血液内科层流室设备智能管理系统,评估其在血液内科层流室设备管理中的价值。方法:采用前端感知器、集中器、后台数据库及Web程序等构建基于物联网技术的血液内科层流室设备智能管理系统。选取2021年11月至2023年10月空军军医大学唐都医院血液内科层流室常用的58台医疗设备,以时间为节点,分别采用线下管理模式和智能管理模式进行管理,自制满意度调查问卷调查参与设备使用管理的工程师、医护人员和患者对设备使用管理的满意度评分,对比两种管理模式中的设备使用效率、设备故障情况和维修管理效果。结果:采用智能管理模式的设备平均利用率平均数和成本收益分别为67.37±6.02和(53.67±5.71)万元,高于线下管理模式,而设备月使用平均波动率平均数为3.63±1.14,低于线下管理模式,差异均有统计学意义(Z=13.955、11.124、2.861,P<0.05);在研究期间共发生的160次设备故障中,采用智能管理模式后的设备操作不当、久用不护、配件损坏和其他故障分别发生8、14、6、1次,发生率分别为5.00%、8.75%、3.75%、0.63%,均低于线下管理模式,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.482、7.661、9.397、11.582,P<0.05);采用智能管理模式的设备平均维修时间和维修费用分别为(5.37±2.07)h和(1.39±0.85)万元,均低于线下管理模式,差异有统计学意义(t=7.108、2.492,P<0.05);设备管理工程师、医护人员和患者对采用智能管理模式的设备管理满意度评分分别为(92.87±7.09)分、(97.72±6.38)分和(96.27±5.34)分,均高于线下管理模式,差异均有统计学意义(t=12.732、9.765、7.133,P<0.05)。结论:基于物联网技术的血液内科层流室设备智能管理系统应用于血液内科层流室设备管理,可有效提升设备使用效率,降低设备故障率,减少设备维修耗时和费用,提高设备操作和使用人员满意度。Objective:To construct an intelligent management system of laminar flow room equipment in hematology department based on Internet of Things technology,and to explore its value in the management of laminar flow room equipment in the hematology department.Methods:The intelligent management system of laminar flow room equipment in hematology department based on Internet of Things was constructed by using front-end sensor,concentrators,back-end database and Web program.58 medical devices commonly used in laminar flow room of Hematology Department of Tangdu Hospital of Air Force Medical University from November 2021 to October 2023 were selected and managed by offline management mode and intelligent management mode respectively based on time nodes.A self-made satisfaction survey questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction scores of engineers,medical staff and patients involved in equipment use management on equipment use management.The equipment utilization efficiency,160 equipment failures and maintenance management effects of the two management modes were compared.Results:The average utilization rate and cost benefit of the equipment using the intelligent management mode were(67.37±6.02)and CNY(536.7±57.1)thousand respectively,which were higher than those of the offline management mode,while the average monthly fluctuation of the equipment was(3.63±1.14),which was lower than the that of the offline management mode,the difference was statistically significant(Z=13.955,11.124,2.861,P<0.05).Among the 160 equipment failures,improper operation,long-term use without maintenance,accessory damage and other failures occurred 8,14,6 and 1 times respectively after the application of intelligent management mode,with an incidence rate of 5.00%,8.75%,3.75%and 0.63%,which were all lower than those in the offline management mode,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.482,7.661,9.397,11.582,P<0.05).The average equipment maintenance time and maintenance cost of intelligent management mode were(5.37±2.07)
