摘　　要：中国正逐渐建立起完善的碳排放交易体系,并从经济、环境、社会等方面对区域可持续发展产生积极的影响。碳排放交易体系借助市场机制激励企业降低碳排放,推动了产业结构升级和经济增长方式转变。该体系在减少温室气体排放、改善环境质量方面展现出了显著的环境影响。碳排放交易体系在构建公平、公正的社会环境以及提升公众环保意识方面具有积极作用。总的来说,碳排放交易体系是推动区域可持续发展的重要政策工具,具有广阔的发展前景和深远的社会影响。China is establishing a sound carbon emission trading system gradually,which has a positive effect on regional sustainable development in the aspects of economy,environment and society.The carbon emission trading system encourages enterprises to reduce carbon emissions through market mechanisms,thereby promoting industrial restructuring,transforming economic growth patterns,reducing greenhouse gas emission and improving environmental quality.In addition,the carbon emission trading system plays a positive role in building a fair and equitable social environment and raising public awareness of environmental protection.Overall,the carbon emission trading system is an important policy tool to promote regional sustainable development,with broad development prospects and profound social impacts.
