站驾前移式叉车防滑及防抱死制动系统

摘  要:以站驾前移式叉车为研究对象,提出对前轮增加液压制动,以解决站驾前移式叉车刹车距离长、刹车易甩尾及在特殊工况下刹车力低的问题。该制动由车载控制器根据压力传感器及速度等因素,智能控制前轮的充能、制动及释放,实现前轮的智能制动。分析站驾前移式叉车驱动轮与前轮在不同工况下的速度关系,以此为基础,对整机3种工况进行分析,得出驱动轮防滑的控制策略算法,并对前轮制动的介入工况进行分析。基于驱动轮与前轮的转速关系对前轮的制动进行闭环控制,实现前轮防抱死制动算法,并将驱动轮防滑及前轮防抱死的算法成功应用于站驾前移式叉车。Taking the stand-on reach truck as the re search object,it is proposed to add hydraulic brakes to the front wheels to solve the prob lems of long braking distance,easy drifting during braking and low braking force under special working conditions of the stand-on reach truck.The brake is controlled by the onboard controller according to the pres sure sensor,speed and other factors,which intelligently controls the charging,braking and releasing of the front wheels to realize intelligent braking of the front wheels.The speed relationship between the drive wheels and the front wheels of the stand-on reach truck under different working conditions is analyzed,and on this basis,three working conditions of the overall truck are analyzed to obtain the control strategy algorithm for anti slip of the drive wheels,and the intervention working conditions of front wheel braking are analyzed.Based on the speed relation ship between the drive wheels and the front wheels,closed-loop control of front wheel braking is carried out,the front wheel anti lock braking algorithm is implemented,and the drive wheel anti-slip and front wheel anti lock braking algorithms are successfully ap plied to stand-on reach trucks.
