摘　　要：着重探讨液压系统在运行过程中溢流状态下存在的异响问题,该异响不仅影响了叉车的正常工作,还可能对液压系统的稳定性及安全性造成威胁。针对溢流异响问题进行原因分析和解决措施推荐。结合某4.5 t叉车的溢流异响故障问题,从故障原因梳理、排查过程及具体原因分析等方面进行深入剖析。The problem of abnormal noise in the hydraulic system during operation in an overflow state is emphatically discussed,and the noise not only affects the normal operation of the forklift truck,but may also pose a threat to the stability and safety of the hydraulic system.The causes for the overflow noise are analyzed,and solutions are recommended.Based on the overflow noise fault of a 4.5-t forklift truck,an in depth analysis is performed in terms of fault cause sorting,troubleshooting pro cess and specific cause analysis.
