摘　　要：足浴技术在日常保健服务中蓬勃发展,制订规范、完整的技术操作流程具有重要意义。基于文献研究、专家访谈,通过德尔菲问卷及专家共识的方法制订非医疗机构足浴技术操作规范。本规范主要内容包括足浴基本操作流程(包括环境要求、器具准备、体位选择、药物选择、药剂准备、消毒、足浴前评估等)、足浴方法、足浴后处理、操作注意事项、禁忌证、常见异常症状及处理。Foot bath technology is booming in daily health care services,and it is of great significance to formulate a standardized and complete technical operation process.Based on literature research and expert interviews,the technical operation specification of foot bath in non-medical institutions were formulated through Delphi questionnaire and expert consensus.The main contents of this specification include the basic operation process of foot bath(including environmental requirements,equipment preparation,position selection,drug selection,drug preparation,disinfection,pre-foot bath evaluation,etc.),foot bath method,foot bath post-processing,operation precautions,contraindications,common abnormal symptoms and treatment.
