摘　　要：随着教师规模的不断扩大,社会和学校逐渐提高对教师专业发展的质量要求。教师资格证质量是教师队伍质量的重要保障。教师资格证从职业身份确认、合格教师培养、师资水平保障到高素质专业化教师培养,是身份确认向教师专业品质淬炼的转变过程。但审视教师资格证与其他行业资格证的区别不难发现,教师资格证存在专业含金量相对较低、考察方式浅表化明显及获得时间提前性显著等问题。为了提升新时代教师教师资格证质量,需以“四有好教师”和教育家精神为指导思想,调整教师资格证报考条件,在源头处严格把关;完善教师资格证的考察标准,提高考核内容的难度和深度;优化教师资格证的考察方式,重视教育教学技能的实践考察;改革教师资格证的使用方式,持续促进教师专业发展。With the continuous expansion of the teacher workforce,society and schools have gradually raised the standards for teachers'professional development.The quality of teacher certification plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality of educators.The transition from professional identity confirmation,qualified teacher training,and teacher competency assurance to the cultivation of highly qualified and professionalized teachers represents a shift from identity confirmation to the refinement of professional qualities in teachers.However,compared to other professional certifications,the intrinsic professional value of the teacher qualification certificate is relatively low,the assessment methods are often superficial,and the time required to obtain the teacher qualification certificate is significant in advance.In this regard,in order to improve the quality of construction of the teacher team in the new era,it is necessary to adopt the principles of the“Four Good Teachers”and the spirit of educators as guiding ideologies,adjust the application conditions for the teacher certification,and strictly check the source;improve the inspection standards of the teacher certification,improve the difficulty and depth of the assessment content;improve the inspection method of the teacher certification,pay attention to the practical investigation of the education and teaching skills;reform the utilization of the teacher certification,and continue to promote the professional development of teachers.
