摘  要:随着科学技术的进步和教育理念的不断更新,教师在知识领域的绝对权威地位不断弱化,无疑对教师的教育教学工作带来了诸多挑战。能否持续地提升专业能力成为当下教师破局的关键。本文旨在探讨教师权威消解背景下的专业发展困境与路径,以期为教师的专业成长提供有价值的参考。The advancement of science and technology,coupled with the continuous renewal of educational concepts,has led to a gradual erosion of the absolute authoritative position of teachers in the field of knowledge.This is undoubtedly creating significant challenges for teachers'teaching practices.The ability of teachers to continuously enhance their professional skills is becoming a crucial factor in addressing the current dilemma.This paper aims to explore the dilemmas and pathways of professional development in the context of the erosion of teacher authority,with the goal of providing valuable insights for supporting the professional growth of teachers.
