我国民营资本行为规律的文化机理探析

摘　　要：探寻我国资本行为特征必须基于“两个结合”特别是“第二个结合”重要论述进行分析。我国资本行为一方面受中华优秀传统文化的熏陶和滋养,与血缘关系、道德评价、志向品性等因素挂钩,跳出逐利本性的局限,拓展自身价值追求的内涵;另一方面,受中华传统文化中风险规避倾向、小富即安心理、竞争过度而合作不足等消极基因的限制,难以扩大规模、长期立足。对于中华传统文化对我国资本行为的双面影响,通过制度安排放大中华优秀传统文化对资本行为的积极影响、遏制传统文化中的消极因素对资本行为的抑制,使资本更好地为社会主义市场经济服务。The differences in institutional background,degree of development,historical civilization,etc.,have made great differences in capital behavior of Chinese and Western capital.The characteristics of exploring my country's capital behavior must be analyzed based on the"two combinations",especially"second combination".On the one hand,China's capital behavior is influenced and nourished by the excellent traditional culture of China,linked to factors such as blood relationships,moral evaluation,and aspirations,and jumped out of the limitations of profit-seeking nature.On the other hand,the restrictions on negative genes such as the tendency to avoid risks in traditional Chinese culture,Xiao Fu is peaceful psychology,and the insufficient competition,and the lack of cooperation,and other negative genes,which are difficult to expand the scale and stand for a long time.For the double-sided influence of traditional Chinese culture on China's capital behavior,the positive influence of excellent traditional Chinese culture on capital behavior and the inhibition of negative factors in traditional culture on capital behavior are amplified through institutional arrangements,so that the capital can serve the socialist market economy better.
