双层加强缝合法联合皮肤轮匝肌切除治疗老年性睑内翻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨双层加强缝合法联合皮肤轮匝肌切除治疗老年性睑内翻的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年1月至2024年 3月在郑州市第二人民医院就诊的60例老年性睑内翻患者,共75眼,采用双层加强缝合法联合皮肤轮匝肌切除治疗,分析手术效果和手术并发症发生率。结果 60例患者75眼中,显效52眼,有效21眼,欠矫、过矫各1眼;未见术后复发者;手术效果优良率为97.33%;术后发生血肿、皮肤松弛各1眼,并发症发生率为2.67%。结论 双层加强缝合法联合皮肤轮匝肌切除治疗老年性睑内翻疗效较好,可有效改善睑内翻和眼部功能,手术安全性较高,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double-layer reinforced suture combined with skin orbicularis muscle resection in the treatment of senile entropion.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with entropion in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects,a total of 75 eyes were treated with double-layer reinforcement suture combined with skin orbicularis muscle resection.The surgical effect and the incidence of surgical complications were analyzed.Results Among the 75 eyes,52 eyes were markedly effective,21 eyes were effective,1 eye was undercorrected,and 1 eye was overcorrected,no recurrence was observed,the excellent and good rate of surgical effect was 97.33%.Postoperative hematoma and skin laxity occurred in 1 eye respectively,the incidence of complications was 2.67%.Conclusions The double-layer reinforcement suture combined with orbicularis muscle resection is effective in the treatment of senile entropion,which can effectively improve eyelid entropion and eye function,and the operation is safe and has clinical application value.
