摘　　要：目的 探讨一针法小切口重睑术的临床应用。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月于蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院接受重睑术的60例(120眼)患者行回顾性分析。其中30例接受一针法小切口重睑术,30例接受全切重睑术。比较两组患者的手术时间、患者满意度和并发症。结果 观察组患者手术时间(22.07±2.92)min,低于对照组(63.40±5.90)min,差异有统计学学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者非常满意90.0%(27/30),满意6.7%(2/30),不满意3.3%(1/30);对照组患者非常满意93.3%(28/30),满意6.7%(2/30)。两组患者满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为10.0%(3/30),低于对照组20.0%(6/30),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 一针法小切口重睑术手术时间短、创伤小、瘢痕不明显,满意度高,适合手术初学者,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of one-needle small incision double eyelid surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 cases(120 eyes)who underwent double eyelid surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024.Among them,30 cases underwent one-needle small incision double eyelid surgery,and 30 cases underwent total eyelid surgery.Compare the surgical time,surgical satisfaction,and complications between two groups of patients.Results The surgical time of the observation group patients was(22.07±2.92)minutes,which was lower than that of the control group(63.40±5.90)minutes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Patients in the observation group were very satisfied with 90.0%(27/30),satisfied with 6.7%(2/30),and dissatisfied with 3.3%(1/30).The control group patients were very satisfied with 93.3%(28/30)and satisfied with 6.7%(2/30).There was no statistically significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 10.0%(3/30),which was lower than the control group's 20.0%(6/30),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Oneneedle small incision double eyelid surgery has the advantages of short operation time,minimal trauma,unclear scars,high satisfaction,and is suitable for beginners.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
