改良Park法切开重睑术对重睑外形美观度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨分析改良Park法切开重睑术对重睑外形美观度的影响。方法 选取2022年12至2024年8月常州多美医美医疗美容门诊部收治的66例行重睑术患者为研究对象,患者均接受改良Park法切开重睑术治疗。结果 患者手术时间(40.78±5.19)min,拆线时间(5.26±0.73)d,术后恢复时间(28.41±5.62)d,一期愈合率为96.97%(64/66)。术后患者睑裂高度、上睑缘角膜映光距离较治疗前明显提高,睑裂宽度较治疗前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后患者眼睑弧度评分(2.73±0.25)分,眼睑高度对称性评分为(2.46±0.41)分,双重睑评分为(2.67±0.29)分。治疗后仅1例患者出现重睑线变浅的情况,经二次修复手术处理后改善,无重睑过宽、上睑下垂等并发症发生。患者对治疗结果非常满意42例,满意21例,满意度为95.45%。结论 改良Park法切开重睑术有助于提高重睑外形美观度,手术时间短、术后恢复快、安全性高,患者满意度高。Objective To explore and analyze the impact of the improved Park method on the aesthetic appearance of the double eyelid.Methods From December 2022 to August 2024,66 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.All patients received the modified Park method for double eyelid incision treatment,and the effect on the aesthetic appearance of the double eyelid was observed.Results The patient's surgical time was(40.78±5.19)minutes,the suture removal time was(5.26±0.73)days,the postoperative recovery time was(28.41±5.62)days,and the first stage healing rate was 96.97%(64/66).After treatment,the height of the eyelid fissure and the MRD1 of the upper eyelid margin cornea were significantly increased compared to before treatment,while the width of the eyelid fissure was significantly reduced compared to before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the patient's eyelid curvature score was(2.73±0.25)points,eyelid height symmetry score was(2.46±0.41)points,and double eyelid score was(2.67±0.29)points.After treatment,only one patient experienced a shallow double eyelid line,which was significantly improved after secondary repair surgery.There were no complications such as excessive double eyelid width or upper eyelid ptosis. 42 patients were very satisfied with the treatment results, 21 were satisfied, with a satisfaction rate of 95.45%.Conclusions The improved Park method for incision of the double eyelid can improve the aesthetic appearance of the double eyelid,with short operation time, fast postoperative recovery, high safety, and high patient satisfaction.
