带蒂降支背阔肌肌皮瓣即刻乳房重建在乳腺癌患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨带蒂降支背阔肌肌皮瓣即刻乳房重建在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法 以2022年1月至2024年6月在郑州大学第三附属医院行带蒂降支背阔肌肌皮瓣即刻乳房重建治疗的26例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,分析皮瓣存活率、手术效果优良率和术后并发症发生率。结果 随访结果显示,26例患者皮瓣均存活,手术效果中优14例,良11例,差1例。手术效果优良率为96.15%(25/26)。术后出现背部术区感染2例,背部术区和腋窝血肿2例,上肢水肿1例,并发症发生率为19.23%(5/26)。结论 带蒂降支背阔肌肌皮瓣即刻乳房重建在乳腺癌患者中应用疗效较好,患者术后皮瓣存活率高,修复效果好,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of immediate breast reconstruction with pedicled latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 26 patients received immediate breast reconstruction with pedicled latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap with breast cancer treated in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects.The survival rate of skin flap,the excellent and good rate of surgical results and the incidence of postoperative complications were analyzed.Results The follow-up results showed that all 26 patients survived with skin flap,14 cases were excellent,11 cases were good,and 1 case was poor.The rate of excellent and good results was 96.15%(25/26).The incidence of postoperative complications was analyzed,2 patients had back operative area infection,2 patients had back operative area and axillary hematoma,and 1 patient had upper limb edema,the incidence of complications was 19.23%(5/26).Conclusions Immediate breast reconstruction with pedicled latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap has good efficacy in breast cancer patients,with high survival rate and good repair effect,and has clinical application value.
