摘　　要：现代社会非常重视外表的吸引力。面部美学,尤其是侧面美学,是形成性格知觉的一个重要因素。在正畸学临床实践中,改善面部外观不仅是患者寻求正畸或正畸-正颌联合治疗的动机之一,而且也是正畸医师所追求的目标之一,所以在进行诊断评价和制定矫治计划时都要以客观的平均统计值为基础,以协调鼻、唇、颏之间的关系。本文就鼻部与上颌中切牙面部美学评价的研究进展做一综述,旨为患者正畸治疗前后面部美学评价提供参考依据。Modern society places great importance on the attractiveness of appearance.Facial aesthetics,especially lateral aesthetics,is an important factor in the formation of character perception.In the clinical practice of orthodontics,improving facial appearance is not only one of the motivations for patients to seek orthodontic or combined orthodontic-orthognathic treatment,but also one of the goals pursued by the orthodontist,so that diagnostic evaluations and orthodontic plans are based on objective mean statistical values,harmonize the relationship between nose,lips and chin.In this article,we present a review of the progress of research on the evaluation of facial aesthetics of nasal and maxillary mesial incisors,aiming to provide a reference basis for the evaluation of facial esthetics of patients before and after orthodontic treatment.
