摘　　要：根尖周病是发生于根尖周围组织的炎症性疾病,其治疗方法主要包括根管治疗和根尖手术,是通过清除和控制根管内或根尖外感染,以达到促进根尖周骨组织修复的目的。根管治疗和根尖手术疗效的判断主要基于评估患牙术后临床和根尖周影像学检查,其预后与多种因素相关。患者的全身因素可直接或间接影响根尖周病的愈合。本文回顾年龄、吸烟习惯、系统性疾病和全身用药情况等因素对根尖周病治疗预后的影响,以期提高临床医师对根尖周病患者全身因素的关注。Apical periodontitis(AP)is an inflammatory disease that occurs in the periapical tissue.The treatments of AP mainly include root canal therapy and endodontic surgery which promote the repair of periapical bone tissue by infections clearing and controlling inside or outside the root canal.The evaluation on efficacies of root canal therapy and endodontic surgery is mainly based on clinical and periapical imaging examinations,and the prognosis relates to multiple factors.The systemic factors of patients can directly or indirectly affect the healing of apical periodontitis.The present review summarizes the influence factors,including age,smoking habits,systemic diseases and systemic medication on the prognosis of apical periodontitis treatment,in order to increase the attention of clinicians.
