益气滋阴活血通络方对动脉粥样硬化血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气滋阴活血通络方对动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)血脂的影响。方法:采用AS ApoE-/-小鼠模型,将其随机分为空白对照组、高脂饮食组、益气滋阴、活血通络中药复方组、阿托伐他汀组,并分别予以蒸馏水、益气滋阴活血通络中药复方、阿托伐他汀干预14周,比较各组动脉斑块内血脂的浓度。通过使用高速离心机离心(3000R/min)检测中药复方对AS模型动脉斑块内血脂的影响。结果:相比于高脂饮食组,益气滋阴活血通络中药复方组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密脂蛋白有所减少,相比于阿托伐他汀组,高密度脂蛋白升高。结论:益气滋阴活血通络方能有效抑制AS的形成,与阿托伐他汀钙片都能降低血脂水平,从而降低AS斑块的形成。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo prescription on blood lipids in atherosclerosis(AS).Methods:AS ApoE-/-mouse model was randomly divided into blank control group,high-fat diet group,Yiqi Ziyin,Huoxue Tongluo Chinese herbal compound group,and atorvastatin group.The mice were treated with distilled water,Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo Chinese herbal compound,and atorvastatin for 14 weeks,and the concentration of blood lipids in arterial plaques was compared among the groups.The effect of the Chinese herbal compound on blood lipids in arterial plaques of AS model was detected by centrifugation in a high-speed centrifuge(3000R/min).Results:Compared with the high-fat diet group,the total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low-density lipoprotein in the Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo Chinese herbal compound group were reduced,and the high-density lipoprotein was increased compared with the atorvastatin group.Conclusion:Yiqi Ziyin Huoxue Tongluo prescription can effectively inhibit the formation of AS,and can reduce blood lipid levels together with atorvastatin calcium tablets,thereby reducing the formation of AS plaques.
