鲫鱼利水方联合复方苦参注射液治疗肺癌胸水的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究鲫鱼利水方联合复方苦参注射液胸腔灌注治疗肺癌胸水患者的临床疗效。方法:选取56例非小细胞肺癌胸水患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各28例。对照组给予复方苦参注射液胸腔灌注;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服鲫鱼利水方。2周为1个疗程,共进行2个疗程,治疗结束后比较2组患者胸水缓解率、生活质量评分、中医证候评分、血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白数值的变化,并进行安全性评价。结果:治疗后,治疗组的胸水缓解率、生活质量评分、血清白蛋白和总蛋白数值均显著高于对照组,中医证候评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;2组安全性情况无明显差异。结论:鲫鱼利水方联合复方苦参注射液胸腔灌注治疗肺癌胸水疗效显著,能够提高血清总蛋白和白蛋白水平,提高生活质量,且安全性高。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Jiyu Lishui decoction combined with Compound Sophora flavescens Injection in the treatment of pleural effusion in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 56 patients with pleural effusion due to non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given Compound Sophora flavescens Injection in the pleural effusion;the treatment group was given Jiyu Lishui decoction on the basis of the control group.Two weeks was one course of treatment,and a total of two courses were performed.After the treatment,the remission rate of pleural effusion,quality of life score,TCM syndrome score,serum albumin,and serum total protein values of the two groups were compared,and the safety was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the remission rate of pleural effusion,quality of life score,serum albumin and total protein values of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences;there was no significant difference in safety between the two groups.Conclusion:The combination of Jiyu Lishui decoction and Compound Sophora Flavescentis Injection for pleural perfusion in the treatment of lung cancer pleural effusion has significant efficacy,can improve serum total protein and albumin levels,improve the quality of life,and has high safety.
