摘　　要：目的:探讨工作家庭冲突对父母养育倦怠的影响以及婚姻满意度的中介作用和养育心理灵活性的调节作用。方法:采用工作家庭冲突量表、婚姻满意度问卷、养育心理灵活性量表和养育倦怠量表对1352名中小学生父母进行调查。结果:(1)工作家庭冲突显著正向预测父母的养育倦怠水平;(2)婚姻满意度在工作家庭冲突与养育倦怠之间起中介作用;(3)养育心理灵活性调节了模型的直接路径和中介过程的后半路径,具体表现为,随着养育心理灵活性水平的提高,工作家庭冲突和婚姻满意度对养育倦怠的预测作用减弱。结论:工作家庭冲突不仅能够直接影响父母的养育倦怠,还可以通过婚姻满意度间接影响父母的养育倦怠;高水平的养育心理灵活性可以削弱工作家庭冲突和低婚姻满意度对养育倦怠的影响。Objective:To explore the effects of work-family conflict on parental burnout as well as the mediating role of marital satisfaction and the moderating role of parental psychological flexibility.Methods:The work-family conflict scale,the marital satisfaction questionnaire,the parental psychological flexibility scale,and the parental burnout scale were used to survey 1,352 parents of elementary and middle school students.Results:(1)Work-family conflict significantly and positively predicted the level of parental burnout;(2)Marital satisfaction mediated the relationship between work-family conflict and parental burnout;(3)Parental psychological flexibility moderated the direct path and the second half of the mediation process of the model,which was manifested in the fact that,with the increase in the level of parental psychological flexibility,the predictive effect of work-family conflict and marital satisfaction on parental burnout role diminished.Conclusion:Work-family conflict not only directly affects parental burnout,but also indirectly affects parental burnout through marital satisfaction;high levels of parental psychological flexibility can weaken the impact of work-family conflict and low marital satisfaction on parental burnout.
