摘  要:作为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,胃癌对生命健康造成严重威胁。代谢重编程是肿瘤细胞为了适应环境而采取的一种生存方式。环状RNA(circRNA)是一类呈共价闭环结构的非编码RNA,其通过表观遗传调控参与胃癌代谢重编程的发生和发展。然而,关于circRNA与胃癌细胞糖代谢、脂质代谢以及氨基酸代谢重编程之间的关系仍缺乏系统研究。近年来,多组学的发展和应用进一步阐明circRNA在胃癌发生发展中的调控机制,为进一步的科学研究和临床实践提供有价值的参考。As one of the common malignant tumors,gastric cancer poses a serious threat to life and health.Metabolic reprogramming is a way for tumor cells to survive in order to adapt to their environment.Circular RNA(circRNA)are a class of non-coding RNA that exhibit a covalent closed-loop structure,which participate in the occurrence and development of metabolic reprogramming in gastric cancer through epigenetic regulation.However,there is still a lack of systematic review of the relationship between circRNA and glucose,lipid and amino acid metabolic reprogramming in gastric cancer cells.The development and application of multi-omics in recent years can further clarify the regulatory mechanism of circRNA in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and provide valuable reference for the further scientific research and clinical practice.
