摘  要:磁共振引导聚焦超声(MRgFUS)是一种新型的非侵入性治疗技术,它结合了高分辨率的磁共振成像和高强度聚焦超声波,为神经外科疾病的治疗提供了新的可能性。目前研究已证实其可作为开放式神经外科的一种替代疗法。MRgFUS在低频时可用于调节神经元活动,并可开放血脑屏障以增强治疗性化合物的传递。目前MRgFUS在原发性震颤、帕金森病等神经外科疾病的治疗中已广泛应用。MRgFUS技术具有非侵入性、精准性和有效性的优势,在神经外科展现出广阔的应用前景。Magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound(MRgFUS)is a novel non-invasive treatment technology that combines the therapeutic power of high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging and high-intensity focused ultrasound,providing new possibilities for the treatment of neurosurgical diseases.Current studies have confirmed that it can be used as an alternative therapy for open neurosurgery.MRgFUS can be used to modulate neuronal activity at low frequencies and can open the blood-brain barrier to enhance the delivery of therapeutic compounds.MRgFUS has been widely used in the treatment of neurosurgical diseases such as essential tremor and Parkinson′s disease.The application of MRgFUS technology has the advantages of non-invasiveness,precision and effectiveness,and has shown broad application prospects in neurosurgery.
